Job Description

Reporting to Director, Consumer Growth & Engagement, the Coordinator, Digital Marketing & Loyalty will coordinate and support the execution of projects related to various digital touchpoints such as email, digital media (paid social, display, etc.), loyalty program and web analytics. The candidate will help in making the production workflow efficient and contribute to the day-to-day tasks of the Consumer Growth and Engagement team. Must have strong communication skills, be rigorous and organized and demonstrate positive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure assets received by marketing team meet the technical requirements and deadlines before being assigned to the subject matter experts.
  • Assist Digital Media team in launching campaigns, coordinate with external suppliers and provide performance update to the broader team.
  • Assist Email Marketing & Automation Specialist in coordinating, integrating, and deploying emails and support in quality control for mass marketing email.
  • Assist Digital Analytics Manager and Loyalty Program Manager in various reporting
  • Assist in SEO/SEM keyword audits.
  • Assist team members with day-to-day digital and administrative tasks and communications.
  • Perform other tasks or assignments on a per-request basis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and work with short deadlines
  • Autonomous
  • Team player and ability to bring positive leadership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising, Google Ads and Google Analytics, an asset
  • Knowledge of Jira, an asset
  • Good problem solving-skills
  • Perfectly bilingual (English/French)
