We're looking for a Coordinator (Online Solutions) to join a collaborative national team supporting digital operations, website management, and online fundraising tools. If you enjoy solving problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping others succeed online-this role is for you! This vital role in supporting staff across Canada with web and digital tools. You will assist with content updates, CMS management, quality assurance, and front-end troubleshooting. Your strong communication skills combined with your ability to work within accessibility and branding standards, will make you a key resource during a major CMS migration project and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests from staff across Canada via email and other channels
- Assist with website content updates ensuring alignment with brand, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Perform usability testing, monitor performance, and conduct quality assurance reviews on web assets.
- Support the setup and maintenance of online fundraising websites and other digital tools.
- Troubleshoot and document technical issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
- Maintain internal documentation for web tools, CMS procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on additional tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar web/digital support role.
- Excellent Help Desk and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design best practices (SEO, UX, responsive design, accessibility).
- Experience formatting documents and visuals for the web while adhering to accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms or online fundraising tools (an asset).
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or cookie consent tools (an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask independently and collaboratively.
