We're looking for a Coordinator, Internal Communications & Community Relations to help shape an extraordinary employee experience and strengthen our connection with the communities we serve.


In this role, you'll play a key part in cultivating a workplace culture rooted in engagement, inclusion, and belonging. You'll support the planning and execution of high-impact internal events and employee programs, champion purpose-driven initiatives, and help bring our people and values to life across every touchpoint. This is more than a communications or events role, it's about elevating how our people feel, connect, and thrive every day.

What You'll Do:

Bring Our Culture to Life

: Support the delivery of memorable internal experiences, from company-wide town halls to strategic sessions, recognition programs, and culture-building activations.

Empower Employee Engagement

: Contribute to initiatives that foster connection, collaboration, and a sense of belonging across the organization.

Drive Community Impact

: Build and sustain relationships with nonprofit partners and coordinate employee volunteer programs that create real impact.

Elevate Communications

: Help craft compelling event materials and internal messaging, including presentations, invitations, promotional content, and post-event recaps.

Support CSR Efforts

: Assist in executing corporate social responsibility programs and tracking community engagement metrics.

Manage Details Flawlessly

: Coordinate event logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution and unforgettable experiences.

Measure & Evolve

: Gather feedback, track engagement, and analyze results to continuously improve the employee and community experience.

About You:

2+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event planning, CSR, or community relations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A passion for people, you're energized by creating experiences that make employees feel seen, valued, and inspired. Experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations and supporting community impact initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, you don't just follow a checklist, you elevate it. A natural relationship-builder who thrives on connection and collaboration.
