Vous soutiendrez l\'\xc3\xa9quipe dans un environnement de bureau au rythme rapide et au volume d\'appels \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9, et vous aiderez \xc3\xa0 accomplir les t\xc3\xa2ches op\xc3\xa9rationnelles et de saisie de donn\xc3\xa9es n\xc3\xa9cessaires en temps opportun et de mani\xc3\xa8re pr\xc3\xa9cise. Ce poste implique la gestion de comptes sp\xc3\xa9cifiques de l\'entreprise, une collaboration \xc3\xa9troite avec les clients et l\'organisation de leurs besoins en mati\xc3\xa8re de transport. Le candidat doit \xc3\xaatre familier avec les crit\xc3\xa8res du poste ci-dessous :

• G\xc3\xa9rer des comptes clients sp\xc3\xa9cifiques
• Planifier, coordonner et exp\xc3\xa9dier les commandes sur Loadlink et notre pool de transporteurs.
• Assurer la liaison avec le transitaire, les usines, l\'entrep\xc3\xb4t et les soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s de transport pour surveiller les exp\xc3\xa9ditions, les co\xc3\xbbts et les d\xc3\xa9lais afin de garantir l\'enl\xc3\xa8vement et la livraison des exp\xc3\xa9ditions en toute s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et dans les d\xc3\xa9lais.
• Coordonner les activit\xc3\xa9s douani\xc3\xa8res.
• N\xc3\xa9gocier le taux de fret
• D\xc3\xa9velopper de nouvelles relations avec les clients lorsque l\'occasion se pr\xc3\xa9sente

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 an d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en logistique multimodale, avec une exp\xc3\xa9rience de courtage en camionnage fortement pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e.
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences \xc3\xa9crites, verbales et interpersonnelles.
• Souci du d\xc3\xa9tail, sens de l\'organisation et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes.
• Capable d\'effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches et de les g\xc3\xa9rer simultan\xc3\xa9ment.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 persuader, \xc3\xa0 influencer et \xc3\xa0 n\xc3\xa9gocier avec les autres.
• Travaille bien dans un environnement d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et collabore avec les services internes.
• Maintenir une attitude positive et rester motiv\xc3\xa9 dans un environnement de travail au rythme rapide.

This position involves managing specific company accounts, working closely with customers, and arranging for their transport requirements. The candidate must have familiarity with the below job criteria:

• Managing dedicated customer accounts
• Plan, coordinate and dispatch orders on Loadlink and our pool of carriers
• Liaise with freight forwarder, plants, warehouse, and transport companies to monitor shipments, costs, and timelines to ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery.
• Coordinate customs activities
• Negotiate freight rates
• Develop new customer relationships when the opportunities arise

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in multimodal logistics, with trucking brokerage experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and managing duties simultaneously
• Ability to persuade, influences, and negotiate with others
• Works well in a team environment and collaborates with internal departments
• Maintains a positive attitude and stays motivated in a fast-paced work setting
• Fluent in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada
