Nous sommes actuellement \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un coordinateur de la logistique pour notre bureau r\xc3\xa9gional de marchandisage de Boucherville. Relevant du directeur de la mise en march\xc3\xa9, le coordonnateur de la logistique est charg\xc3\xa9 de participer aux activit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes de coordination de la logistique des grains et des ol\xc3\xa9agineux.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

Participer aux activit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes de coordination de la logistique des grains et des ol\xc3\xa9agineux

Saisir et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les contrats de vente de cales dans le syst\xc3\xa8me

Pr\xc3\xa9parer les r\xc3\xa8glements des contrats selon les instructions du n\xc3\xa9gociant.

Pr\xc3\xa9parer la facturation des clients conform\xc3\xa9ment au contrat de vente

Traiter les pi\xc3\xa8ces justificatives des comptes fournisseurs en vue de leur paiement.

Qualifications :

Au moins 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le ou l\'administration

Formation post-secondaire dans une discipline connexe, un atout

Exp\xc3\xa9rience en transport/logistique un atout

Les comp\xc3\xa9tences excellentes en mati\xc3\xa8re de communication et d\'organisation, avec un grand souci de la pr\xc3\xa9cision et du d\xc3\xa9tail.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences exceptionnelles en mati\xc3\xa8re de gestion du temps et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer des priorit\xc3\xa9s multiples.

We currently have the opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator located in our Boucherville Regional Merchandising Office. Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities in coordinating the logistics of grains and oilseeds.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day activities in coordinating the logistics of grains and oilseeds

Enter and update grain sales contracts into the system

Prepare contract settlements as directed by the Merchant

Prepare customer invoicing according to the sales contract

Process accounts payable vouchers for payment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administration

Post secondary education in a related discipline an asset

Experience in transportation/logistics an asset

Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.

Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
