PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.
The Control Tower Manager is responsible for all Control Tower team members, including employees located at the Regional Control Tower location and customer facilities in the region. This position leads and drives the overall performance of the 4 PL team within its region.

Drives overall performance of 4PL team and adherence to KPIs
Acts as a counterpart for Regional Customer Teams
First point of contact for escalation concerning customer management
Responsible for all regional expenses and profitability
Drives the efficiency of teams and looks for opportunities to streamline and improve processes
Interfaces with other Regional Control Tower Teams to help drive projects and initiatives globally
Ensures adherence to all customer contracts and confidentiality requirements
Regional identification and implementation of optimization/ value initiatives
Supervises and leads a team of logistics professionals and analysts
Develops regional team members and provides coaching to help develop employees
Safeguarding and follow-up on the global processes
Own and develop the regional relationship with the customer and defuse any tension that may arise and escalate accordingly when needed
Monitoring of KPIs
Data integrity checks and adherence to global standards
Support for new business development and client onboarding as required
Perform special reviews and projects as needed
