Contract Partner Coordinator



Big Rock Brewery is seeking an operational professional to champion our key contract partner relationships. Reporting to the Director, Brewery Operations, this position is accountable for strategically positioning Big Rock as a leader in the craft beer and ready to drink (RTD) markets within contract manufacturing, while achieving an optimal balance between operational excellence and customer service. Strong coordination, organization, business planning, communication, influence and financial acumen are all critical to developing lasting customer relationships, best practices, and enhanced processes.

This position is responsible for coordinating the successful supply chain of our contract partners manufacturing requirements. You will manage the relationship execution of key contract partners including coordinating customer agreements, delivering commitments through internal operating plans, and navigating customer expectations.

Build relationship and agreement volumes per budget and capacity Coordinate effectively between contract partners and key stake holders within the Big Rock departments Work closely with the internal business partner teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction Cultivate strong customer relationships

Responsibilities:

Build & Coordinate Assigned Customer Categories Develops, implements, and coordinates operational contract execution, ensuring overall alignment with corporate objectives and contract commitments. Develop strategies to drive operational efficiencies and achieve or exceed contract production goals Accountable for communicating effectively with all contract partners, providing updates and guidelines for scheduling/operational asks. Developing relationships with operational team and contract partner to be the voice of the customer inside the facility Influence key customer to implement solutions through fact-based presentations that deliver results that are beneficial for both customer and company Coordinate execution of everyday business in partnership with contract partners, including item setup/ maintenance, logistics and inventory management, procurement, etc. Execute all solution commitments with customer(s) to include accurate, timely forecasting, and detailed follow through
Business Planning & Analysis

Perform in-depth analysis of contract partner components, including production, quality & food safety, and supply chain opportunities Develop agendas and provide weekly dashboard of performance of deliverables. Participate in assigned projects involving industry organizations, supply chain initiatives, etc. Performs other related duties as required.h

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a diploma or degree program in business, economics, supply chain or related field. Certification or additional training in sales, contract management, supply chain, or project management is considered an asset 3-5 years of experience in contract relationship management, key account management, or contract execution within alcohol, food, beverage, or CPG industries. Cross-channel operational experience Experience overseeing and monitoring network execution of supply chain specific programs Strong acumen in relationship management, negotiation, and managing expectations of key clients Exceptional professionalism, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills internally and externally Strong and independent work ethic Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills Demonstrates aptitude for self-leadership and informal leadership of others and processes Self-motivated, creative and imaginative
