Job Requisition ID #24WD77151Position OverviewThe Content Strategy & Experience team in Customer Technical Success (CTS) ensures high-quality product expertise is delivered to customers as they learn, adopt, and use Autodesk\'s platform through impactful content experiences. To accelerate on our journey of delivering a world-class experience and supporting users of all sizes across industries, we are looking for a dynamic Content Operations Lead to join our team.Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Content Strategy & Experience, you will play an important role to establish and manage content governance and lead and implement SEO strategies to improve support content\'s online presence ensuring maximum discoverability.Hybrid role, located within commuting distance of office in Montreal, Barcelona, or Bangalore.Responsibilities

  • You will evolve and oversee support content editorial standards, ensure consistency and accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines and readiness for customer consumption
  • You will develop and implement SEO strategies to improve CTS content\'s online presence for learning, adoption, and use
  • You will ensure clarity, accuracy, and conciseness of support content through creation, review, and editing
  • You will establish and maintain a comprehensive support content calendar and repository, capturing the full content lifecycle from creation to publishing. Manage version control, metadata, and accessibility. Ensure transparency of content availability to relevant partners to facilitate access and use
  • You will provide comprehensive structure, frameworks, presentations, and project management to keep our team accountable for important deliverables and report-out on measurements
  • You will maintain SharePoint infrastructure to support content operations and communications
  • You will guide and train CTS staff on best practices for content creation, metric reporting, and project management, aiming for efficiency, accountability and improvement
  • You will build trust and authority across a network of peers, collaborators, and teammates through clarity, aligning on ideas and delivering on major outcomes
  • You will stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content strategy and operations, and integrate relevant insights into the team and practice to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing
Minimum Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years of experience with content lifecycle processes from planning, to creation and publishing
  • You have 5+ years of experience building and implementing search-engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • You are a clear, concise writer, editor, and content producer with the ability to nurture that skill in others
  • You have solid project management experience in planning, implementing, and managing across function projects from ideation to conclusion with demonstrated ability to turn strategic plans into actionable tasks, bringing simplicity and order to complex projects, driving progress and continuous improvement
  • You are experienced at setting goals, defining workloads, managing calendars, and reporting on outcomes
  • You have experience with project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, SharePoint...) and Agile methodologies
  • You have an analytical, solution focused, and practical approach, consideration of goals and collaborators\' priorities to achieve the right outcome for customers
  • You have experience with content management systems (CMS), authoring tools, and other relevant software applications
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) an advantage
  • Experience in a customer-facing department or in the software industry an advantage
  • You speak with impact, simplify complex concepts, and collaborate seamlessly across different levels and geographies
  • Independent approach. Proactiveness. A learning and improvement mindset
  • University degree in business administration, content management, technical writing, or related discipline
