about this team

The Catalogue Operations team is responsible for managing all central operations and processes for catalogue and product data across our international websites, ensuring accuracy on our ecommerce systems. This foundational work supports the delivery of seamless and exceptional ecommerce and merchandising experiences on an international scale.

The Ecommerce Catalogue Operations Lead plays a crucial role in executing strategic planning and supporting the evolution of catalogue operations. This includes fostering collaboration across central and regional cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and delivering impactful catalogue optimizations and ecommerce experiences across our owned international websites.

a day in the life: what you\'ll do

  • Lead central catalogue operations and processes across our international websites, managing product data tools, product publishing, intake request and platform enhancements releases.
  • Deliver foundational catalogue operations across all international owned websites, focused on catalogue data management and optimizations utilising 3rd party tools in collaboration with key stakeholders, including SEO, regional ecommerce, international digital product and digital catalog management teams.
  • Shape and execute strategic planning for ecommerce catalogue operations, collaborating with our regional ecommerce teams to comprehend and support catalogue operation needs, financial targets, objectives, KPIs and identifying opportunities of growth.
  • Lead catalogue process development and documentation, establishing a center of excellence for catalogue content across our owned international websites.
  • Build, train and enroll regional teams on the international center of excellence ePlaybooks, guidelines, best practice and process changes for catalogue operations, experiences, and functionality.
qualifications
  • 5 years working in an Ecommerce business environment with a strong understanding of ecommerce eco-systems, catalogue data experiences and levers to drive performance.
  • Strong knowledge and ability to work in project management and product data tools (SFCC, Jira and Confluence experience an asset) with project management experience.
  • Ability to plan and execute initiatives, using data-driven decision-making to optimize results preferably in a global organisation and contribute to measurable success aligned with business goals. Demonstrating strong problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Strength in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously and working in a dynamic, fast paced operational model, tracking and reporting their effectiveness.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $79,100 - $103,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
