We are a TikTok officially certified TAP service provider across the United States, seeking a North America Tap Operations Lead. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall strategies for TikTok KOL & KOC, creating and executing influencer communication strategies to help advertisers drive sales through influencer videos and live streams.
- Provide content guidance tailored to different influencers, resolving issues related to content creation and platform operations, and ensuring the quality of promotional videos.
- Fully understand the promoted products, reasonably allocate influencers, arrange product shipments, and track the delivery status to ensure influencer compliance.
- Assist advertisers in driving sales through TikTok TAP services, continuously improve GMV by recording and analyzing sales data.
- Develop client acquisition plans, engage in business negotiations, and foster long-term collaborations between advertisers and overseas KOL influencers.
- Acquire Chinese mainland outbound business and brand resources through various channels and methods, and maintain customer relationships.
- Expand the company\'s business influence externally, and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher, with an interest in the North America marketing industry.
- Familiarity with TikTok media and TAP e-commerce collaboration models.
- Strong ability to negotiate with major clients.
- Over one year of sales experience in North America, familiar with mobile internet advertising and KOL influencer marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English skills to meet cross-national communication needs.
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, responsibility, and execution capability.
- Preference for candidates with North American study experience and familiarity with North American culture.
- High execution efficiency and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preference for candidates with e-commerce client resources.
