Job Overview:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our brand--creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive excitement and visibility for Volt Raceway.
You'll collaborate closely with the Customer Experience and Events team to help bring our promotions, events, and experiences to life online and in print. From writing sharp captions to designing eye-catching graphics, your work will help us connect with our community and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Content and Social Media Creation:
Write and design marketing materials for print and digital use including brochures, ads, posts, signage, newsletters, and internal documents
Contribute to the development and execution of a social media strategy that reflects Volt Raceway's brand voice and marketing objectives.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social platforms to ensure a consistent and compelling online presence.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement and reach.
Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, identifying content trends, and fostering brand interaction.
Oversee and maintain the Volt Raceway website, including product listings, updating content and imagery, and enhancing overall user experience.
Event Marketing and Support:
Collaborate with the Customer Experience/Events Manager to promote activities and special events
Design and manage event-specific promotional materials
Help coordinate marketing efforts to boost event attendance and visibility
Brand Management:
Review marketing materials for quality and brand alignment.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone.
Tools & Platforms:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite and WordPress.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Design, Social Media or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a marketing and/or social media role.
Excellent creative skills and ability to develop compelling artwork for various media.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
