We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and self-driven individual who loves to put their image at the forefront. The mission of the Content Creator and Community Manager is to create engaging content and to manage the online presence of Pelcro through various social channels. From video creation and editing to copy and hashtags, your duties will revolve around developing engaging content, building an engaging online community, and promoting Pelcro as the number-one solution for subscription and membership management.
Responsibilities

  • Must be prepared to film assets featuring yourself in videos for use on organic channels and paid advertisements
  • Film and edit entertaining videos to educate customer personas
  • Plan a publishing calendar for our social media and create original posts for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Track and analyze users coming from organic social channels
  • Collaborate with the design and video team to create eye-catching and compelling assets to grow our social media presence
  • Create new strategies to improve our content calendar while staying on schedule
  • Write captions that are interesting and follow the brand\xe2\x80\x99s tone to help engage with new and old followers
  • Plan contests and giveaways on social media pages
  • Ensure the monitoring and growth of the number of subscribers and post engagement to reach quarterly goal
  • Actively collaborate with the team to implement new ways to promote Pelcro and its content
  • Research and benchmark new ways to increase engagement by following trends, competitors, and changes in platform algorithms.
  • Gather data about users and their consumption of content to help with the production of new content

Requirements
  • You have a Bachelor of communication, marketing communication, or journalism;
  • You have expertise in content strategy for social media and you are focused on performance
  • You have a strong personal brand on social media
  • You have excellent writing and copy-editing skills in English
  • You have experience designing assets and creating videos
  • You have experience editing videos
  • You are comfortable in front of a camera and love interacting with people through video
  • You have analytical experience to understand how to track and analyze users coming from organic social channels
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
