: We are looking for an In-House Social Media Content Creator, Manager and Strategist with detailed knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LTK and TikTok. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for home decor, interior design and staging as well as creating and managing engaging social media content. The Role:
Develop and implement our social media strategy and calendar across each social media platform in accordance with company objectives.
Create original content that is in line with the company brand, including images, videos, and copy.
Monitor and respond to user comments and inquiries.
Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in the social media space.
Stay up to date on analytics and metrics for each platform.
Track and report on results of campaigns.
Define the most important social media KPIs and analyze data and trends to monitor performance and uncover areas of improvement.
Maintain brand consistency across and throughout all marketing projects
Initiate and coordinate with industry influencers and partners to optimize our social reach and engagement.
Work with visuals, simple gifs, PS assets, videos, etc.
Use data to communicate and report on social goals, strategy, and results, and how these relate to wider business aims.
Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

What you bring to the role:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Social Media Manager or Specialist and are looking to take your career to the next level.
Demonstrated ability in SM platforms including, but not limited to, Later, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and LTK.
A strong understanding of best practices across all social media platforms and passion in crafting beautiful content and posts for all social platforms.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
Creative, organized, detail oriented and takes pride in accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in reaching out to senior team members for information.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment (you will be working alongside our retail, staging and interior design teams to collect and create content) as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of content production.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Up to date on current interiors/trends.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
Must have a valid drivers licence and car.
