Job Description
We are looking for a full-time
Construction Site Assistant
to support our residential and infill construction projects in Calgary. This role focuses on maintaining safe, clean, and well-organized job sites and assisting the project team with basic site operations.This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn more about home building and infill construction. English communication is required.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Assist with basic site maintenance (sweeping, garbage removal, snow clearing, material moving) Support the site supervisor with simple site tasks Help with material pick-up and delivery between sites Ensure safety signage, fencing, and walkways are properly maintained Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
Able to communicate in English Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs Valid Class 5 driver's license required Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Construction experience is an asset but not required
Pay & Benefits
Hourly wage: $20+ depending on experience Full-time, consistent hours Opportunity to gain experience in residential and infill construction
