This is an in-person fulltime position; Tuesday through Friday, 8am to 430pm starting in October 2025. As our Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring communication, documentation and internal processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate would possess the following:
Post-secondary education.
A minimum of 2 years administration experience in the construction industry.
Thorough knowledge of basic office functions: front reception, document filing, record keeping, processing mail/email, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist the Estimators with prequalification and bid document preparation and delivery.
Assist the Project Coordinator with processing shop drawings, project schedules and contracts.
Assist the Project Managers with construction site communication/documentation, closeout documentation, and subtrade communication/documentation.
Assist the Health & Safety Coordinator with updating and maintaining manuals/program.
Assist the Office Manager with processing supplier/subtrade invoices.
Applicant must have exceptional organizational and computer skills, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, able to work independently, and be a team player. A valid driver's license and police security clearance is mandatory. Successful applicants will be contacted for an in-person interview.
