We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing frameworks for buildings and structures, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

Construct frameworks for residential and commercial buildings according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment to build structures efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction. Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged framing components. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Adhere to safety protocols while operating heavy machinery and performing heavy lifting tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Framer or in a similar construction role. Proficiency in using hand tools and operating heavy equipment safely. Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Strong skills in carpentry. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for long periods during work hours. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
