About the Role:

Simplicity Builders is seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Framer and or Exterior Finish Installer to join our team. The position involves predominantly wood framing, as well as window and door installation and exterior finishing.

License and a reliable vehicle are necessary.

The ability to be bonded and insured. Criminal record checks and child abuse registry checks may be necessary for clearance depending on job site.

Key Responsibilies:

Perform wood framing for Multi-Residential, Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural projects Install windows, doors, and exterior finishes Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Maintain a safe and organized job site Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications:

Experience in framing and exterior work is an asset Strong attention to detail and workmanship Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when required Positive attitude and commitment to quality
Compensation:

oCompetitive wages based on experience
