Salary: $55,000/year (paid weekly)

Hours: 6:00/7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: March 1st or sooner.

We are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to lead our crews on-site and ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

As the Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day on-site execution of roofing and siding projects, including but not limited to:

On-Site Supervision

Lead and supervise crews to ensure work meets company standards Confirm crews arrive on time and have clear daily work plans Ensure job productivity, crew performance, and professionalism Identify and solve site issues affecting quality, schedule, or safety Assist in production as needed.
Safety + Site Standards

Ensure safety forms and daily safety checks are completed Maintain a safe worksite for crews, clients, and the public Ensure property protection measures are in place and upheld
Quality Control + Close-Out

Monitor workmanship to prevent deficiencies and rework Ensure jobsite cleanup is completed properly (nails, debris, landscaping) Assist with final inspection readiness and closeout tasks
Communication

Provide daily updates to the Production Manager/Owner Communicate professionally with clients when needed on-site Communicate professionally with teams Report material needs, labour concerns, and project progress
What We're Looking For

? Proven experience supervising crews in roofing, siding, or residential construction

? Strong understanding of construction workflow + jobsite leadership

? Ability to lead teams, hold standards, and keep projects on schedule

? Reliable, organized, and able to solve problems calmly under pressure

? Comfortable using basic apps (texting, job updates, company app, etc.)

? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, truck preferred.

Bonus points if you have:

Fall arrest / safety certifications Experience in production scheduling or reporting Experience with client-facing service work
