As our Construction & Modernization Supervisor, you will bring an appetite to understand code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites. You will gain familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team.
You will bring 5+ years of construction/modernization expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE family with an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor's degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience.

The hiring range for this role is $100,600 - $131,985. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
