Job Description

We are seeking a Masonry Estimator / Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in masonry estimation. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with General Contractors, following up on quotations, and supporting project acquisition through public tenders and private opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for masonry, stone, and related building envelope scopes. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project requirements. Coordinate with General Contractors for clarifications, RFIs, scope reviews, and follow-up discussions. Conduct timely follow-up on submitted quotations to secure project awards. Assist with project acquisition by monitoring and sourcing opportunities from online public tenders and private project platforms. Prepare and submit tender packages, proposals, and pricing forms. Maintain organized project records, pricing history, and bid tracking databases. Obtain and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors as needed. Support internal teams during project handoff after award.

Qualifications:



2-3 years of experience in masonry estimation (required). Strong understanding of construction drawings, masonry materials, and industry standards. Proficiency with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
