Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional concrete cutting services by providing accurate estimates and project insights that align with our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete cutting projects Analyze project specifications and requirements Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project scopes Utilize estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Assist in developing strategies that align with company's objectives

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HeavyBid, Bluebeam) Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Familiarity with pricing strategies in the construction industry. Relevant certifications or education in construction management is an asset.
