and experienced construction estimator/project manager.

Estimator / Project Manager

What You'll Do:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and bid proposals Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand scope Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and trades Identify cost-saving strategies and process improvements Support proposal development and pre-qualification packages Manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and invoicing Communicate with project stakeholders and manage site progress

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in estimating/project management Strong knowledge of civil or commercial construction Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field Proficiency with MS Office, On-Screen Takeoff, and estimating software (Sage or similar) Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects (asset)
