As a Tesla Advisor, Delivery, your primary focus is on enhancing operational efficiency to boost store productivity. The Tesla Advisor, Delivery, supports customers after they place a vehicle order by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional experience. What You'll Do
Preparer les documents de financement et immatriculations des clients et collaborer avec d'autres employes pour garantir des rendez-vous de livraison reussis

Maximiser l'efficacite de la planification pour ameliorer les experiences client
Compiler des rapports pour l'amelioration des performances et soutenir la formation
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec d'autres employes pour garantir des experiences pre-livraison fluides pour les clients ayant des rendez-vous de livraison a venir et offrir une excellente experience de livraison centree sur le client
Entretien de la flotte du magasin : Coordonner le service, la gestion des allocations et completer les rapports d'accident
Effectuer des responsabilites supplementaires selon les besoins de l'entreprise, y compris la preparation des livraisons, les livraisons directes et les ventes
Prepare customer loan and SAAQ documents and collaborate with other employees to ensure successful delivery appointments
Demonstrate expertise in selling Tesla's products and services
Maximize scheduling efficiency to improve customer experiences
Compile reports for performance improvement and support training
Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth pre-delivery experiences for customers with upcoming delivery appointments and provide a great customer-centric delivery experience
Maintaining Store Fleet: Coordinating service, allocation management, and completing accident report
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs including delivery preparation, direct deliveries, and sales
What You'll Bring

Au moins une annee d'experience en service a la clientele
Membre d'equipe proactif et capable de developper des relations de collaboration
Tres organise et excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des outils CRM
Possibilite de travail le soir, les fins de semaine et les jours feries dans un environnement de vente au detail
Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada
The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationships
Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver's license for Canada
