Your responsibilities encompass guiding customers through their exploration of Tesla's products and facilitating a seamless sale and delivery process. What You'll Do
Accueillir et interagir avec les visiteurs spontanes, en creant une atmosphere accueillante propice a des conversations efficaces

Fournir un service client exceptionnel tout au long du cycle de vente, y compris l'information des clients, la preparation des vehicules et la finalisation des documents
Contribuer activement a la realisation des objectifs mensuels de vente et de livraison en atteignant et en depassant les objectifs individuels de vente et les indicateurs cles de performance
Faire preuve d'une expertise dans les produits et services Tesla et se tenir informe des tendances en matiere de vehicules electriques et des incitatifs d'achats locaux
Effectuer des taches supplementaires assignees pour repondre aux besoins de l'entreprise, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les livraisons directes au domicile des clients
Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for effective conversations
Excite and educate prospective customers through various channels about Tesla's product offerings
Help build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information and facilitating test drives for potential buyers
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, including customer education, vehicle preparation, and document completion
Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery goals by meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets
Demonstrate expertise in Tesla's products and services and stay updated on EV trends and local incentives
Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs, including but not limited to direct deliveries to customer homes
What You'll Bring
Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Quebec
Au moins 1 annee d'experience en service a la clientele et/ou vente avec atteinte ou surpassement des objectifs
Passionne par la mission Tesla et nos innovations dans l'industrie du transport
Tres organise et excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des outils CRM
Possibilite de travail le soir, les fins de semaine et les jours feries dans un environnement de vente au detail
Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada
The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec
1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
Passionate about the Tesla Mission and our innovations in the personal transportation industry
Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver's license for Canada
