Votre r\xc3\xb4le: Sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de premi\xc3\xa8re ligneEn tant que conseiller SSE bilingue, vous jouerez un r\xc3\xb4le essentiel pour assurer le bien-\xc3\xaatre de nos employ\xc3\xa9s et de l\'environnement. Vous serez le fer de lance de la gestion et de l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration des syst\xc3\xa8mes HSE locaux, ce qui vous permettra d\'obtenir des informations pr\xc3\xa9cieuses sur les performances et les progr\xc3\xa8s r\xc3\xa9alis\xc3\xa9s. • Leadership: Favoriser la confiance, la collaboration et le leadership en mati\xc3\xa8re de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 au sein de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe HSE et dans l\'ensemble de l\'organisation. Montrez l\'exemple en promouvant une culture de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et de l\'inclusion.
• Politique et normes SSE: Mettre en \xc5\x93uvre les normes mondiales tout en contribuant \xc3\xa0 la formulation des politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures locales. Favoriser l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des performances en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9, de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et d\'environnement.
• Gestion des risques: Identifier, \xc3\xa9valuer et att\xc3\xa9nuer les risques professionnels et environnementaux. Mener des inspections, des audits et des enqu\xc3\xaates pour garantir la conformit\xc3\xa9 et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
• Formation et conseil: Coordonner les programmes de formation et fournir des conseils d\'experts pour permettre une prise de d\xc3\xa9cision \xc3\xa9clair\xc3\xa9e. Examiner les nouveaux produits et processus pour d\xc3\xa9tecter les risques potentiels.
• Incidents et enqu\xc3\xaates: G\xc3\xa9rer l\'analyse, l\'enregistrement et le suivi des incidents. Coordonner les activit\xc3\xa9s de gestion de crise pour garantir une r\xc3\xa9solution efficace.
• Projets: Conduire des projets d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration HSE et participer \xc3\xa0 des initiatives CAPEX. Pr\xc3\xa9parer les demandes de permis pertinentes.

Qualifications et exp\xc3\xa9rience:

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at dans un domaine connexe ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente.
• Minimum de 4 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'environnement, de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 dans les op\xc3\xa9rations de fabrication, sites agricoles et commerces de d\xc3\xa9tails.
• Certificat NEBOSH g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral/international ou \xc3\xa9quivalent de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence.
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en gestion de projet et sens des affaires.
• Excellentes capacit\xc3\xa9s de communication, de leadership et de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes.
• BILINGUE fran\xc3\xa7ais/anglais requis.

Your Role: First-Line SpecialistAs our Bilingual HSE Advisor, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the environment, you\'ll spearhead the management and enhancement of local HSE systems, unlocking valuable insights into performance and progress. • Leadership: Foster trust, collaboration, and safety leadership within the HSE team and across the organization. Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety and inclusion.
• HSE Policy & Standards: Implement global standards while contributing to the formulation of local policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate occupational and environmental risks. Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance and safety.
• Training & Advice: Coordinate training programs and provide expert advice to empower informed decision-making. Review new products and processes for potential hazards.
• Incidents & Investigations: Handle incident analysis, registration, and follow-up. Coordinate crisis management activities to ensure effective resolution.
• Projects: Drive HSE improvement projects and participate in CAPEX initiatives. Prepare relevant permit applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety)
• Proven experience in HSE leadership and risk management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for making a positive impact
• Bilingual French/English is a requirement
