About the role




Nous sommes a la recherche d'un

Conseiller en remuneration et conditions d'emploi

pour se joindre a notre equipe nationale des ressources humaines. Vous agirez a titre de personne ressource et offrirez des conseils et du soutien en ce qui trait a la remuneration, aux principes directeurs et a l'interpretation des politiques liees a la remuneration globale, ainsi qu'aux conditions d'emploi. Vous contribuerez a la revision, a l'amelioration et au maintien des politiques et programmes lies a la remuneration globale et aux conditions d'emploi.

Voici quelques-unes des facons dont vous ferez avancer les choses:



Offrir du support conseil en matiere de remuneration et conditions d'emploi. Proceder a l'analyse de couts et d'impacts de nouvelles initiatives en remuneration globale et conditions d'emploi, en travaillant etroitement avec les membres de la communaute RH, des services juridiques ou d'autres unites d'affaires. Participer a la maintenance de la structure de remuneration dans le systeme RH. Proposer des ameliorations basees sur les meilleures pratiques du marche, participer a la revision ou au developpement de politiques et de programmes et en assurer le deploiement. Developper des aides a la tache, des outils et des formations ou du materiel d'information. Animer des sessions de formation ou d'information. Participer a l'administration des operations regulieres de l'equipe de remuneration (audits annuels, enquetes de remuneration et conditions d'emploi, etc.) Participer a des projets speciaux.

Ce que vous mettrez a profit:



Baccalaureat en ressources humaines, en droitou toute combinaison de formation et d'experience equivalente (un atout) 1 a 3 ans d'experience pertinente en remuneration Connaissance approfondie de Excel Connaissance de Workday (atout) Excellentes habiletes en communication verbale et ecrite Pragmatisme, sens de l'organisation du travail et orientation vers les resultats Rigueur et souci du detail Habilete pour la resolution de problemes complexes Professionnalisme et grande discretion Bilinguisme requis (francais et anglais). Vous interagirez regulierement avec des collegues de partout au pays Aucune experience de travail au Canada requise, mais necessite d'avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada
