Condominium Property Manager
Job Description
General Scope Huron Shores Property Management is a full service condominium management company, managing condos of all sizes throughout Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. Our team services condo communities and corporations through their board of directors\' and we work to ensure the complexes are well cared for. Our full time property managers will be trained to take on a series of condominium corporations in our region including taking care of monthly board meetings, minute taking, presentation of financials, facilitation of resident concerns and complaints, execution of board of director decisions, oversight of the request for proposal process for quoting and coordination for maintenance issues. Qualifications and skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Exceptional customer service skills and de-escalation techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Superior problem solving skills
- Must have your own vehicle with proper insurance for local travel
- Dental care

- 8 hour shift
- On call
Twice weekly rapid testing for all staff members. Experience:
- property management: 1 year (preferred)
