Purpose of the Position: The Condominium Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of the management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of Colliers\xe2\x80\x99 clients, including the operation, physical condition and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with the management contracts. Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors\xe2\x80\x99 and Owners through proactive communication.
  • Prepare and submit annual operating and capital budgets for Board of Directors\xe2\x80\x99 approval, including the calculation of the monthly condominium fees by unit factor upon the Board of Directors\xe2\x80\x99 decision to increase fees.
  • Be knowledgeable about The Condominium Property Act and The Condominium Property Regulations and keep informed of changes to same.
  • Assist Board of Directors in arranging the Capital Reserve Fund Study to be completed as required and implement a capital funding plan on behalf of the Corporation.
  • Ability to attend Board of Director Meetings and General Owner Meetings, including the preparation of agendas, presentation of the Property Management Report including financial statement items for approval.
  • Perform regular building inspections, and determine requirements for the operation of the building, including setting the scope of work, awarding of tenders and manage renovations, upgrades, and service contracts.

  • Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to Moose Jaw as required.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
  • Condominium Property Management experience.
  • Post-secondary education or BOMI, IREM or other professional real estate management designations.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Systems.
  • Experience with contracts.
