Hiring for a CONDOMINIUM Property Manager with a Condominium License with RECA We are a reputable management company that has been in business for 30 years and are looking for a Condominium Property Manager with preferably a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience working directly with condominium corporations and hold a Condominium Property License with Reca. Duties that you NEED to have a knowledge of:
Condominium Property Act, corporation bylaws, reserve fund studies, administering and chairing board meetings, annual general meetings, building structure, regular maintenance requirements, annual budgets, obtaining quotes, coding and approving invoices, owner correspondence, vendor relationships, site staff management, thorough communication with Board members, collection of condominium fees, special assessments, Microsoft office, electronic mail. Own Vehicle and Strong Computer Skills required. Salary to commensurate with experience. Please submit your resume, in confidence as an attachment to this advertisement response.
