Condo Property Manager-Licensed
If you are looking to contribute to a new and fresh, energizing team, are licensed through CMRAO and have a commitment to be the best you can be by managing your accounts, we would like to invite you to join us in discussing your passion in the property management industry.
Qualifications for Property Managers on our team are as follows:
MUST be Licensed through CMRAO
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing condo properties.
- You must love dealing with people
- Problem solving along with strong organizational and negotiating skills is what will make you successful.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
- You will have crazy hours dealing with homeowners’ largest asset ever.
Finally, a True Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service is an absolute must, as we believe in building good relationships with all of our residents.
