Concrete Foreman

to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.





In 2026 we will have several new positions available. If you have an established crew of experienced individuals, we want to hear from you! We are offering relocation assistance and temporary housing for people who do not currently live in Regina.





The Concrete Foreman reports to the Construction Manager, this position is responsible for directing and managing all on-site construction workers and equipment, maintaining quality standards, while meeting construction deadlines. Our company operates from May to November each year and we are hiring now to be ready for the 2026 season!

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of concrete experience. 2-3 years of construction supervision experience preferred. Experience working on water mains, driveways, sidewalks/curbs, and road/bridges will be considered an asset. Valid drivers license & reliable transportation. Able to work in a team environment and provide guidance to your crew. Must be reliable and punctual. In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and direct people, equipment and resources for concrete placements on curbs, sidewalks, etc. Work as a team member and leader to carry out all site work as required. Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members and equipment. Plan work in an efficient and effective order, maximizing progress in a safe and timely manner. Read and interpret project plan and specifications. Ability to understand rough or fine grade finishing plans. Support grading, leveling, and manual curb finishing when needed. Ensure company equipment is operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively. Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers and report any issues that could affect the project.
