Overview

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and related construction skills. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, and contributing to the overall success of our construction endeavors. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for executing tasks with precision and attention to detail while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up concrete forms for pouring. Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools. Apply curing compounds to protect finished surfaces. Work collaboratively with other construction professionals, including carpenters and masons, to ensure project specifications are met. Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as needed during the finishing process. Restore and renovate existing concrete structures, ensuring quality workmanship throughout. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in concrete finishing or a related field is essential. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
