About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and coordinate our concrete crews on residential and/or commercial projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of concrete construction, and the ability to manage daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of concrete crews Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, grading, and site preparation Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment Maintain quality control throughout all phases of concrete work Monitor crew performance and provide guidance and training as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors Track project progress, materials, and labor hours Troubleshoot jobsite issues and adjust plans as needed
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction Proven experience in a foreman or lead role Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing practices Ability to read construction drawings and layout work Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to manage timelines, crews, and jobsite logistics
Preferred (but not required)

Experience with structural concrete or large-scale commercial projects Equipment operation experience (skid steer, telehandler, etc.) OSHA 10/30 certification Bilingual (English/Spanish)
