Role Overview:

As the Community, Content, and Brand Manager, you will play an essential role in executing our community programming, brand identity, and content strategy. You will ensure our brand voice is consistently communicated across all channels and manage our community of engaged members. Working closely with our Marketing and Growth teams, you will produce engaging events and valuable resources to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention. Your mission will be to grow our community to over 1000 active members and lead our consultant and influencer relationships. Additionally, you will support product marketing initiatives, helping to communicate our product\'s value proposition to our customers and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Programming: Develop and execute community programming initiatives with the support of our marketing and growth teams
  • Brand Development: Ensure our brand identity, voice, and tone are cohesive across all channels, helping to build our brand presence and impact
  • Content Management: Create and execute content calendars and manage content creation with the support of the Head of Marketing
  • Community Engagement: Manage current and prospective community members, fostering an engaging and supportive environment
  • Event Production: Produce community events, learning experiences, and valuable resources to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Growth: Work towards growing our community to 1000+ active members
  • Partnership Management: Lead on partnerships with organizations, consultants, and influencers, forging strong relationships to enhance our brand and product presence
  • Social and PR: Manage social channels, apply for and manage external events/speaking opps for CEO/team + manage our pr /editorial relationships and releases.
  • Product Marketing: Support on product marketing tasks and initiatives, helping to convey our product\'s value proposition to our customer community

  • Organizer: You\'re excellent at event planning and management, with an ability to create engaging experiences for community members
  • Growth Enabler: You have a knack for growth, and have experience in growing a community or customer base
  • Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively deliver messaging that resonates with our community
  • Relationship Builder: You have strong skills in fostering partner and member relationships
  • Marketer: You\'ve supported product marketing initiatives and understand how to effectively convey a product\'s value
