Description of the role:

Your role will be to promote the PixMob brand and products through content creation & social media management. You play a central role in igniting collective joy with our far-reaching and passionate PixMob Community.

You will join a marketing team who believes in the power of brand and a good story in a highly entrepreneurial organization. This is a central role and the opportunity to connect with multiple teams internally to help capture what\xe2\x80\x99s so great about PixMob and share it with the rest of the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop an effective Content Strategy aligned with the brand positioning and business ambitions with the help of our Marketing VP and Marketing Communications Manager.

Develop, manage and update an editorial content calendar

Create compelling original content to better share our stories on all our social media accounts (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

Curate relevant content posted by fans from key PixMob events around the world.

Develop content partnerships with clients to co-promote events and extend our reach.

Identify and manage freelance content creators around the world, to capture the PixMob experience at various events to produce high-quality content.

Perform research on current social media and digital community trends, audience behaviors, and content preferences

Monitor, engage and fuel the passion of the PixMob community through social networks, contributing to broadening the PixMob voice.

Contribute to social media ad campaigns to support key marketing initiatives

Measure, optimize and report on all our content efforts to achieve marketing objectives/KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.

Manage a content library of all the content we produce / capture internally (with the help of our marketing coordinator)

Join a few PixMob events to capture content first hand (and enjoy a fun trip) ;)

Key Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Manager (2-5 years)

Ability to create and deliver creative content (copy, image, video, digital assets)

Multimedia content creation experience - ability to put together print and digital content of various formats (image, video, GIF, presentations, etc) using templates or content creation tools (ex. Adobe suite, Canva, video editing software).

Experience in publishing content and engaging with communities on a diverse range of social and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, etc.).

Experience in photography and video capturing & editing

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Knowledge of Sprout Social (or similar tool for scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and listening )

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies as they relate to social channels (image alt text, trending content, hashtags, and other tactics that increase content discoverability)

Data-driven and results oriented, with an ability to monitor and report on channel and content performance

Autonomous, organized & resourceful.
