Position and hours: We are currently hiring for a full time Contents and Warehouse Manager. This position would be ideally suited to an individual with experience in the Property Damage Restoration Industry and is familiar with the procedures and techniques to pack, move, process, list, and restore contents of a home or business following some type of damage. The Content and Warehouse Manager would be in charge of the pack out process on the job site, oversee the moving process to our facility, ensure accurate processing and restoring, repackaging, storing, and moving back to the clients property upon completion of the restoration project. The jobsites will vary from residential homes / condominiums / apartments, to commercial business and industrial facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to establish themselves for a long term position in a leadership roll, and that has a high attention to detail and drive to motivate themselves and the team. Standard hours for this position are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Standard over time as per Saskatchewan guidelines. Positional duties include: - Take part in and oversee the pack out and moving process of belongings from a home or business, to our facility for processing and listing. - Maintain accuracy and efficiency of the personnel through the processing, restoration, and listing phase. - Accurately maintain and record all on site and in warehouse storage. - Take part in and oversee the moving and return of all contents to clients property. - Take part in an on call rotation to provide assistance with insurance claims or projects after hours. Traits of an ideal applicant: - Excellent verbal communication - Highly organized and great attention to detail - Proficient experience with Microsoft Office for recording of storage details - Experience in the Property Damage Restoration industry - Experience with contents moving processes - Experience with warehouse management and storage equipment - Valid class 5 drivers license - Ability to clear a criminal background check Starting wage is dependent on experience.
