Sommaire de la fonction
\xc3\x80 titre de commis cr\xc3\xa9dit administration et encaissements, vous rel\xc3\xa8verez directement du Directeur Adjoint secteur Cr\xc3\xa9dit. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez :
Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s cl\xc3\xa9s
  • Faire la demande de documents manquants de d\xc3\xa9ductions
  • Faire la codification de certains types de d\xc3\xa9ductions
  • Faire de la conciliation de comptes
  • Faire des encaissements
  • V\xc3\xa9rifier les charges & cr\xc3\xa9dits g\xc3\xa9ns par le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le, regrouper les documents pertinents, proc\xc3\xa9der au transfert aux comptes clients et voir \xc3\xa0 la distribution des notes de cr\xc3\xa9dit.
  • Analyser les diff\xc3\xa9rences de paiement
  • Effectuer la v\xc3\xa9rification, traiter les d\xc3\xa9ductions dans le module de Gestion des \xc3\xa9carts pour fin d\'autorisation
  • Analyser certains cas particuliers et en faire le suivi
  • Toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes au service du cr\xc3\xa9dit
Exigences
  • DEC en techniques administratives (comptabilit\xc3\xa9 ou finances) en commerce ou dans une discipline pertinente.
  • Avoir au moins cinq (5) ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle pertinente li\xc3\xa9e au poste.
  • \xc3\x8atre un bon n\xc3\xa9gociateur.
  • Fortes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite.
  • Esprit d\'\xc3\xa9quipe, sens de l\'analyse, minutie, rigueur.
  • Polyvalence, dynamisme, autonomie et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression.
  • Approche positive face au changement et aptitudes d\'initiative et d\'innovation
  • Bilinguisme (fran\xc3\xa7ais & anglais)
