What You'll Do:



Engage B2B Clients

: Consult with business owners and decision-makers to promote the financial and environmental benefits of commercial solar and energy saving solutions

Manage Sales Pipeline

: Generate leads, follow up on warm leads, generate referrals, and build long-term client relationships

Conduct Strategic Sales

: Lead in-person and virtual presentations, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts

Leverage CRM Tools

: Track and manage client interactions and sales progress using advanced CRM platforms

Collaborate Across Teams

: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Drive Revenue Goals

: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements:



Proven Sales Experience

: 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in energy, technology, or related industries

Strong Communication Skills

: Ability to articulate complex solutions and build trust with C-level executives

Valid Driver's License

: Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and office days

Willingness to Travel

: Comfort with regional travel for in-person client meetings

Tech-Savvy

: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation tools

Results-Oriented Mindset

: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
