Position Overview



The

Fleet Sales Consultant

will manage and grow fleet and leasing sales across our auto group. This is a B2B role responsible for building relationships with businesses, government agencies, and commercial clients, while providing tailored automotive solutions and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and manage a portfolio of fleet and leasing clients. Prospect and secure new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with fleet managers, dealers, and decision-makers. Present customized solutions, including vehicle selection, pricing, leasing, and financing options. Stay current on manufacturer programs, incentives, and industry trends. Provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.


Qualifications


5+ years of experience in

fleet sales, automotive retail, leasing, or B2B sales

. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of fleet management, leasing, and financing programs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field (asset). * Existing industry network and client base strongly preferred.
