We're looking for a driven and professional

Commercial Property Manager

to join our Saskatoon REMS team. In this role you'll be responsible for the full scope of property management for a portfolio of commercial assets on behalf of Colliers' clients. This includes overseeing operations, maintaining physical assets and ensuring strong financial performance--all in alignment with management contracts and tenant lease agreements.

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. A high level of professionalism, reliability and adaptability. A passion for excellence and continuous improvement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time. Ability to be registered under the Saskatchewan Real Estate Act; completion of education program for licensing considered an asset. Professional education or designation in commercial real estate considered an asset (RPA, CPM). Driver's license required.
