Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces.

MUST KNOW THESE 3 ITEMS BELOW:

1. MUST KNOW HOW TO USE A SPRAYER

. Must have experience in spraying: q-decks, doors & frames, walls, exterior of buildings.

2. MUST KNOW HOW TO USE LIFTS.

Scissor lifts and booms for interior and exterior

3. MUST KNOW COMMERCIAL PAINTING.

Must have worked on commercial projects, such as new construction of offices, restaurants, stores, hospitals, schools, gyms, etc.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay

starting from $25.00

and depending on experience.

Working hours:

7:00am to 3:30pm

Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks - Mix, match, and apply paint, or other finishes according to specifications - Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply coats of paint or other finishes - Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas - Calculate the amount of materials needed for each job - Remove fixtures such as pictures, door knobs, or electric switch covers before painting - Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials such as caulk and putty - Clean up work area and properly dispose of paint cans, brushes, and other materials.

Skills: - Proficient in construction painting techniques and methods - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work - Knowledge of different types of paints. - Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in painting projects - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs - - Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment - Experience in commercial painting is a required. Coming to work on time.
