Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate brings expertise in a range of painting techniques and can handle both commercial and industrial projects. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a dedication to high-quality work, and strong communication skills with clients and team members.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, or caulking as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the scope of work required. Rig and set up scaffolding or other equipment as needed for high or difficult-to-reach areas. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project timelines and expectations. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting, including commercial and industrial projects. Proficiency in using hand tools and painting equipment. Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics is preferred. Strong skills in caulking and surface preparation techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in drywall , plastering is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
