We're looking for a

Commercial Maintenance Manager

who brings both horticulture know-how and proven leadership experience. This role is about leading from the front--about 80% of your time will be spent in the field with crews, making sure work is done to a high standard and helping team members grow in their skills.

What You'll Do

Lead crews on-site, set the standard for workmanship, and jump in on tools when needed. Support and train staff in all areas of landscape maintenance--mowing, pruning, plant health, seasonal tasks, and equipment use. Build relationships with commercial clients and keep them updated on progress. Mentor team members through our internal apprenticeship and GROW program. Help shape a positive work culture where people enjoy coming to work.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance (commercial experience is a plus). 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in the green industry. Strong communicator who can work well with both clients and crews. Able to balance being in the field with managing schedules and operations. Passionate about developing people and leading by example.

What We Offer

$32-$40/hr based on experience and leadership skills. Company vehicle (with personal use under our policy). Two weeks vacation + paid week off over Christmas. Health savings account after one year.
