Role DescriptionReporting to the Director of Leasing, this individual will play a key role in driving commercial revenue growth at Stober Group. This role will work closely with the leasing, property management, and construction teams with a focus on maintaining the company's reputation as the premiere class A office provider in the Okanagan.This individual is responsible for managing the commercial tenant portfolio at Stober Group, including leasing, lease analysis, drafting of leasing documentation, liaising with internal departments and commercial tenants, and various other related duties. This position will take ownership of the leasing process from start to finish and engage in business development activities for the 1,000,000 square foot commercial portfolio.The Leasing Manager will be a detail oriented self starter who enjoys building relationships with tenants and is comfortable making decisions that positively impact the organization.The role is ultimately responsible to develop a culture and reputation for world-class tenant service in the Landmark District. Working with tenants to ensure problems are resolved in an efficient, timely and professional manner is expected.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years experience within commercial real estate leasing or equivalent relevant experience Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related area Proven experience with financial analysis and business evaluation Familiarity with legal documents, such as leases and contracts Basic construction experience, ideally involving the Tenant Improvement process Strong Microsoft Office skills are essentialKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills Advanced negotiating skills Creative problem solver Impeccable attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to effectively prioritize tasks Extremely organized Positive attitude is a mustJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
