We are looking for a Leasing Manager who is experienced in projects similar to ours. We have a 34 unit townhouse complex leasing up in March and then 150 more multifamily apartment-style units in Q3 2023. The ideal candidate could be a full time employee with leasing experience or a realtor who is comfortable working on a commission basis. This position will play an important role in EC Living\'s growth and we are looking for an ideal candidate to assume this position. • Residential leasing experience.
• Residential property management experience.
• Extreme detail orientation.
• Commercial intensity.
• Prepare leasing agreements.
• 3-5+ years of related experience.
• Great communicator.
• Willing to work longer hours during lease up process
• Customer service mentality
• Courage of conviction.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and record.
