Commercial Leasing Legal Assistant.



Your key responsibilities:



Process and revise electronic documents, edit, and prepare blacklining.

Docket entry, pre-bill, and account preparation using PC Law.

Practice management, including appointment scheduling and arranging conference calls.

Apply proofreading and editing skills to documents and correspondence.

Digital and physical file management and keeping clerks/lawyers apprised of matters.

Perform other duties as required to achieve firm objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have:



Fluent written and spoken English.

Strong communication skills

A post-secondary education

A minimum of 1-2 years of law firm experience

Some knowledge of corporate or commercial leasing transactions or a strong willingness to learn.

Familiarity with various legal documents including agreements, leases, letters, etc.

Experience with MS Office, Litera Compare, Soluno

This position will be working in the office full time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
