Job Description
Construction Superintendent - Hands On - Preferably Red Seal Carpenter
If you have hands on experience as a superintendent on commercial construction we would love to hear from you.
Gardon Construction is a small to medium size firm with over 40 years experience covering new builds, major renovations, building envelope and window replacements, concrete work and restoration, and much more.
The position requires someone who can run a project from start up to completion - dealing with employees, subtrades, consultants, suppliers, and owners.
The position requires the ability to keep a project on schedule, deal with issues with calm evaluation, have problem solving skills, read and understand plans and specifications and addenda, and who understands all aspects of construction.
