Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment.I\'m looking for a collection specialist for one of our clients in Montreal.Your responsibilities will include :
- Implement effective strategies to collect outstanding receivables.
- Make regular follow-up calls with customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain reports of overdue accounts, payment agreements and outstanding balances.
- Provide detailed explanations of payment options and answer any questions customers may have regarding their accounts.
- May be required to perform other duties, depending on the nature and level of the position.- 5 years\' experience in collections or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Solid experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and respectful manner, in French and English.
