YOUR ROLE :
As Collections Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Communicate with customers regarding the collection of accounts (transmission of account statements and reminder letters, negotiation of settlements, etc.);
• Coordinate solutions to billing disputes related to accounts receivable (e.g., negotiating proposals for overdue payments);
• Administer, analyze and maintain accounts receivable;
• Produce various billing-related reports for professionals;
• All other related billing and collection tasks.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Experience in a similar position in collections or accounting (ideally in a professional services environment);
• Good command of French and ability to interact in English, due to customer contact;
• Good organizational skills, able to manage priorities and several files at once;
• Good ability to work under pressure;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel);
• Ability to demonstrate rigor and professionalism.
