Our client, a leading business firm in downtown Montreal, offers competitive pay and excellent benefits!YOUR ROLE :As a Professional Development Advisor, you will collaborate with the talent team on various projects.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing training needs and best practices;
- Creating training programs for professionals and support staff, and interns, in collaboration with different departments;
- Coordinating and conducting training sessions and webinars;
- Keeping up with legal and professional development trends.
- Diploma in Collegial Studies (DCS) or university degree in administration, education, or any another relevant field;
- Similar experience in professional services environment ;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English;
- Versatility, flexibility, and autonomy;
- Professionalism and discretion;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
